Overall, I love my juicer and use it more than the centrifugal juicer. I'm giving it a 4 only due to the days I have trouble removing the large chute and drive shaft, but technically it means it sealed very well. I think the pulp issue is due to not taking time to cut fruits and vegetables up, but I'd rather deal with the pulp that taking time chopping. I have added a picture to show it is smaller then the Keurig. I probably could put the buckets that fit within each other over the ice cream filter and strainer instead of on the window sill. Super easy to use and the parts aren't difficult to clean at all. The only con I would have for this product is that the top part is hard to open sometimes. One time I actually had to use this wrench to pry it open when I made sorbet. Haven't sorbeted since that first time so I dont know if making sorbet makes the top lid so cold that it makes things harder to twist open. I love the fact that I don't have to cut anything and the different options are great.
