Vintage Cheddar Cheese, 1 lb. from The Swiss Colony

very nice flavor for cheese board ! - but don't use in melting, as it doesn't melt good

Rip off it weighed 8 oz and was passed sell by date upon arrival.

This is not vintage Cheddar cheese this is like Tillamook which i can get in the USA. I only ordered it because I thought it was English. You can get 4lbs of this in US for what I paid.

It may be vintage 4 year old cheese, but it’s not a sharp cheddar in the least. Comparable to an average grocery store mild cheddar.Nothing special, save your money.
