Does wearing these over your sneakers make your feet overheat and/or sweat more than usual?

They have no effect on your feet inside the sneakers. I haven't noticed any increase in heat or sweat.

Can you make socks over shoes that allow to dance on concrete in the near future? Something very smooth to allow spins and turns on concrete or tile?

I'm a dancer and wonder if in a pinch these would work well on men's dress shoes with a low heel on carpet. I'm concerned about them shifting.

I think it will depend on the size of the shoe... I wear a 91/2 in women, which is a 71/2 in men and it is a good snug fit over my sneaker.. So if your shoe is bigger than that it may not be a good fit......

Would they work on hardwood floors? My sneakers don't glide, or do I need the toe gliders which don't come with such good reviews!!

It is not recommended to use the full foot carpet version on hardwood floors. There is a half sock version for smooth floors which have excellent reviews. These are easily adjustable. For greater grip pull further onto your sneaker exposing more toe. The half sock version can even be folded. Here is a link to it on Amazon.
