Never tried it before, but i did thorough research before selecting the brand to get. I choose this based on the positive reviews. Smell = Don’t smell much. Effects = Calming (will update with more feedback when i take more consistently) — Update: Been using this product for a month almost every day. Noticed effects for first week, then not much. Maybe a subtle relaxation at this point can’t really tell.
