Aramox Walking Trekking Pole Basket,12Pcs/Set Hiking Walking Stick Round Snow Ski Mud Pole Basket

I bought these for just under £6 for 12 to replace one I'd lost on a cheap set of poles (Gelert Trefan - 2 for £10 in Sports Direct). I wasn't convinced they would fit, but for £6 it was worth a punt. When they arrived they appeared to be an almost identical match. Although quite a tight fit, I managed to get it screwed on securely with just a small amount of effort. I'm not sure it these are a 'standard size' or if I just got lucky. As for the quality, I've got no concerns. After many miles of intense nordic walking the original item is still like new and I've still got 11 spares.

I bought these thinking they would last me forever. After 2 days of skiing I had to replace them twice. Basically fragile plastic and not up to the job.I wouldn't normally write, especially as they were so cheap.You get what you pay for......
