very easy to install and set up
The only words to say that it is easy is "my six years old kid installed them".As soon as they arrived, he took a look at the product and in 5 minutes he was watching tv using the new sound bar.Flat screen TVs have a huge problem with audio quality, and we were looking for some inexpensive way to get the best out of the movies, the sound bar works perfectly on this purpose enhancing the sound quality.Very pleased with the purchase

No support available for shoddy products!
These are the worst! There’s no instructions, no troubleshooting phone or email. All these do is constantly say the batteries need charging. We haven’t found anywhere to check on the batteries. Cuz there aren’t any! We’ve gone through four sets now and it’s the same for all of them. We are sending them all back. 😤

I didn't like not having a remote control and the difficulty attaching the stands

Directions, What directions?
I so far have unable to use the sound bar. There is not enough information to be able to use or connect them to a TV or other things

QUIT WORKING AFTER A FEW DAYS
Wouldn't connect to my wireless TV, and it quit working properly after a few days. POS!
