The best if you have too much stress and or anxiety! it will also work for sleep problems....and best of all it keeps herbes break out away since its such a strong immune booster!.... and OMG, it tastes and looks like chocolate!... I mix into coconut water, so deciduous, especially since when I tried it the very first time I expected it to taste yuki...lol I do wish this was a more affordable supplement though, not enough in that container for the price.

This is a great product, in a very pure form! It is easy to put in smoothies to bolster the immune system. I love this company. They have great clean products, and very fast shipping! I have bought several items from them, and have not been disappointed.♥♥♥

The arrival of the Reishi was prompt. I started taking it the next morning and put it in my tea. I think that some would prefer the powder in their smoothy but I must say that I did not taste the mushroom flavour. It was simply the texture at the end of my first cup of tea that gave away the presence of the powder. I am taking the Reishi with two other mushroom capsules - Lions Main and Tremella and have read mushroom experts say that this is safe and even recommended. Be it placebo effect or the immediate action of the mushrooms, I am surprised at how well I feel and the most surprising effect is that I feel very calm within myself. I feel more alert in the morning and my overall wellbeing seems to have returned. I did see that one customer had shown that there was shaft or some kind of other material in the packaging but there is only a very fine powder in my package. I would wholeheartedly recommend this brand.
