Hi what are the dimensions of the badge/sticker please? My existing is 117mm x 30mm.

My V40 is a 2013 reg. Dimensions are about the same. It's a good fit.

Will this fit a V40 2012?

I've got a new-gen V40 2012, and it fit my car. If it's the old-gen, then it likely won't - 2012 was when the new styling came out, so without knowing if you're a new- or old-gen, I can't directly answer.

do you need to remove the original silver blue panel or does this get fitted over the existing faded nose badge?
