Go ever it again 2wice with just clean water. Dry with lint free cloth. Heat to 200c for 5 min, cool then print. I just replaced my build serface to a magnetic one. Easyer to clean. Same method but can take the serface to the sink wash rinse and dry away from the printer. The other way you gotta be carful about not getting water in the electronics. **Q: How do you send the files to the printer?** A: use repetier or cura to slice the 3d model, and get the gcode file, put it into the TF card, and insert on the control box **Q: Can you print by connecting to your computer via usb? or is the only option to transfer via sdcard** A: yes, connect to the computer and recognize the port, select the 115200 Baud rate in the repatier. but you know the wire will be shake during printing, it's not so stable as printing from TF card, please know that **Q: What software do you need to opperate this printer?** A: Repetier, CURA also will be free and good to use. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Value, but not for some new to 3d printing. *by P***H on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 January 2020* Firstly while all the parts for building the printer had been present the micro sd and essential files were missing.Building it using the available videos on the Web did go reasonably well.Had two faulty screwsThe only issues was after powering on some menu options shown in video totally missing and the print head did not align left on x axis it moved right and hit end of rail. The hot bed y axis also reversed. However the printer would print. Print Quality was very hit and missTried to resolve issue with email to manufacturer - no replies. However facebook group was helpful, but could not solve problem. 5 months later obtained the files that should have been with printer. there was a firmware update. This solved the problems including missing menu optionsPrint quality is now very good and reliably good. Not perfect but impressive. Very sturdy and with very good RepRap firmware. The main parts, table assembly, Z axis and extruder assembly and control box come pre-assembled. The seven frame parts need to be assembled and care needs to be taken to get them square. They are fixed together with cross head bolts. It would have been better to use allen key bolts, but as long as you have a sturdy well fitting screwdriver and take care, you can tighten them enough. An SD card and reader is provided with the latest software, which updates the first time you switch on with it inserted into the control box. The sd card also has many useful files on it including a comprehensive guide to assembly. The fan in the Power Supply is unnecessarily powerful and makes a lot of noise. Bed levelling is easy and reliable and the first print from the sd card worked flawlessly first time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic printer for the price *by T***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 31 August 2019* The printer arrived well packed to reduce any possibility of damage. The first thing to notice is the one page instructions. Use Youtube and follow the recommended 13 videos to assemble and print your first item. This I liked as you can assemble at your own pace and if not sure, replay any part again and again. The printer is well manufactured and bits fitted together perfectly. Also on the supplied SD card are several items you can print that are used on the printer. I caught one of the air guides and broke it, so I printed a new one in 5 mins. I choose this printer as it has a slightly bigger bed and height than normal. I am very pleased with how it was put together and the items I have already printed.
