King's Camo Hunter Hoodie

True to size...great fit. I use it as a second layer. Usually in a two or three layer "system" with the first layer being a synthetic T-shirt, L/S T-shirt, or thermal top and I wear this same "hoodie" (hooded sweatshirt) except it's the full-zip version (depending on the weather). I wear bib overalls for the bottoms and the appropriate under-layer for weather conditions (a bit of extra info.) Very comfortable... not to warm indoors and not to thick to layer over. In addition the full-zip version as the third layer allows access to the bib pockets/pouches of the coveralls I wear. I also wear it as an extra form of concelment over an untucked shirt and a tucked t-shirt. It's not necessary but the camo and adjustability of unzipped-zipped to comfort level (how efficiently you can get it unzipped and when zipped it may/not begin to silhouette). I like both versions and recommend them if you are considering the King's Camo Pattern's in a versitile tops for upper body coverage.

XL runs large in my opinion. I am 5,11, 197 lb. I normally take a XL hoodie. I returned my XL for a L which fits nicely. Hoodie seemed well made, enough for me to order a smaller size. I like the camo pattern.

It fits a little larger than what we expected but it actually works out because my husband wears it on top of a couple of layers while hunting so it's a perfect fit for him!

Bought this on a whim, since I needed just a little something warmer than shirtsleeves for upcoming hunt mornings. All in all, very pleased. It is surprisingly hefty - It has a nice little inner layer that gives it some warmth - It's NOT a winter jacket, though. I'd say If you are in the real cold stuff, it could be a nice mid layer. My mornings were about 30 degrees, quickly warming to 45 when sun came up, and this was prefect for me with just a long sleeve t-shirt underneath. I tend to run hot, and moving fast for stalking gets the old boiler running even more. The outside fabric is some kind of slick stuff, and it was very quiet, and even shed some stickers/burrs that I don't think a normal hoodie would have. I was a little concerned that it could be "shiny" when light hits it, but that never seemed to happen in the full sun I was in. Nothing spotted me. The only "CON" I would have is not really a negative, just a heads up - It's a little thicker/heavier than I thought. It's not a super thin lightweight running-type hoodie. If pack space and weight is a really big concern, make sure you get this in time to factor it in. Personally, I liked that it had a little more substance to it, but it did take up a little more room/weight out in the field.

My 2nd attempt with this brand of camo. The sizing is off. As the website indicates, a 3x is pretty big, but the measurements on the tag (i presume in inches) are not accurate. The fit is not true to size. Very dissapointed and which they had better understanding of size clothes. See tag picture and size chart in description

Really like this sweatshirt like the rest of king's stuff. It is a bit different than most sweatshirts as it is thinner but denser material. This makes it more compact to pack and easier to layer while still being just as warm. It has stayed soft and hasn't faded at all since purchasing. Bought it for an elk hunt in northern New Mexico and the pattern was perfect. It's quality camo at a fraction of the price of some of the other "premium" brands of camo.

Neck is very tight. No stretch in body area. Fairly thin. Size fit right. Color is great. I was expecting it to be more thick and warm.

supera las expectativas, muy buen material, solo hay que pedir una talla mas chica a la que estamos acostumbrados por que viene muy amplia, pero si hace mucho frio se pueden poner otra sudadera o chaleco abajo y retiene muy bien el calor.
