Overall decent chair, but could use more padding.

Super comfortable chair..I have one already and purchased this one for my husband! Can't beat the price and it is pretty sturdy. I had mine for two years now!

I've used this for a year and love it. My daughter loved it too and bought one.

Mostly, I like the chair.

Love this chair! I just got it but I bought it used so don't really know how long it's been used. However long, though, the cushioning is still great. I had a Saunders Durasoft Managers chair that I replaced with this. I had that one for 5 years and loved it at first but the seat cushion got really flat over time. That might happen to this one but like I said not yet. This might sound weird but to me this chair feels almost therapeutic. I've had back issues over the years (nothing too drastic, just need to "crack" my hips/lower back at least once a day, etc.) and also some general shoulder pain but when I sit on this chair I feel like my back, hips and shoulders are soothed somehow. It is smaller than my previous chair but I'm actually seeing that as a positive thing too as you feel really supported. I don't like to feel like I'm sitting in a giant chair that is way too much for me. And this chair tilts back and rocks nicely so if you're like me and like to move around that's a big plus. You can also lock it in place so it doesn't tilt back but even if you don't lock it, it doesn't lean back on its own so you feel stable. The material is holding up fairly well. the seating area is still fine but there are a few scraped away looking areas on the arms (esp. on the underside) and the top corners in the back, but overall the material is in great shape. It's not real leather but close enough for me. It's in the same room with a leather couch and chair and you really can't tell the difference. I read some reviews where people complain about the shininess but my other pieces look the same so I think it gives it a closer leather look. I highly recommend this chair!

Don't buy this chair. Although it is comfortable, the soft fake leather has peeled off this chair after a couple of years. It constantly makes a mess in my home office all around the chair as the fake leather peels off of it. When I first noticed it starting to peel, I tried to stop the peeling by putting black duct tape on the peeling areas. However, the peeling was occurring all around the taped areas until the chair looked horrible. I noticed this same chair in a doctor's office had the same problem, and I saw the same chair with the same problem sitting on my street on the curb waiting for the garbage collectors to haul it away.
