Purchase for water table
Update- So while using this pump for the water table hack, it accidentally dropped in the water and it sat in it overnight. When I found it I figured this pump was toast. I left it to dry out in the sun for a day. Once it was dry I charged it and tried it out, it still worked! It rusted a bit inside of the pump from being exposed to water, but the fact that it still works, weeks later is amazing. I highly recommend this product, but I don’t recommend leaving it sit in water. I purchased this pump for the “water table hack”. I have a Step2 water table that I use it on for reference. The water tube is long enough to reach from the bottom to the top of the water table. It also comes with a replacement tube and two plastic weights to keep the tube weighed down in the water. The pump works really well, if you hold the button until it begins to run, it will run for a couple minutes. The battery life is decent, it can last an afternoon or two of a lot of button pushing. It has an indicator light when charging, which is convenient to know when it’s done charging. I like that it is rechargeable, no plug or batteries required. I also think using it with a 3/5 gallon jug of water when camping would be really nice since we usually primitive camp.

This is GLORIOUS
I have this on a 3 gallon jug at work and it’s magnificent! Works very well, and I love that I don’t have to go through lots of buttons to just get water. One press to start and one press to stop. Even my 5 year old doesn’t struggle with the button (an issue with another type we have at home)!! The battery last forever, too! This one sits on top of the jug/bottle/whatever, but I’m sure it won’t be difficult to make a stand to have it separate from the jug, which I plan to do at some point, just for fun. Anyway, highly recommend! Having something like this has helped me feel like I’m making a difference no longer buying thousands of individual water bottles every year. Instead I have two 5 gallon containers and one 3 gallon container that I take to refill every week. I love that I don’t have to have that big contraption you see at doctor’s offices in order to use the 5 gallon jugs!! And this would be SO easy to travel with, too! Oh, and it’s not very noisy! If I remember, I’ll try to update with a video when I get to work.

Great product
This has been the best discovery 😂. It’s not bulky the water pumps out so fast, I like that the metal part comes off for cleaning. I’ve had this for a while and I’ve had no issues with it. It doesn’t control water temperature or anything but if you just need it to pump your water out of the container I highly recommend, it seems to have a long lifespan after charging.

This pump doesn't fit on the 3 gal. bottle I purchased for it
Even though it can't screw onto the bottle, it still works, but has to be readjusted multiple times. Every couple of minutes it shuts off and I have to restart it. I didn't see the information about which type of water bottle I should order until I looked at the current instructions. I hoped that there was a fitting I could add (or that was supposed to be included). No such luck. I use a long aquarium hose with it so I can water plants on multiple shelves. Since the pump shuts off frequently, it's an advantage, allowing me to change the location of the watering hose without making a mess. If it doesn't shut off in time, I can still shut it off manually and start it as needed. I didn't rate battery life because I bought it recently.

Worth the value!
Love this bottle dispenser. It’s a great gadget to use with the 5 gallon water jugs. We take the jugs to our land and use the dispenser to get water, it’s easy to use, easy to clean, and it’s convenient. Worth the buy.

Should come with a charger
This water pump works well as described. One thing I especially like about it is that while it has a battery and doesn't need to be plugged in constantly, unlike some devices it will work while plugged in to charge. This means that if you want, you can just leave it plugged in all the time and never worry about recharging it. My one complaint with the product is that it doesn't actually come with a charger. It comes with a VERY short USB cable, but you have to find a charger to plug this in to. This shouldn't be a problem - the minimal instructions included say that it will work with a "standard phone charger." Unfortunately, this is at least a little bit misleading. First off, it uses a micro-USB plug, which is much less standard today than it was a few years ago. Still, chargers with micro-USB plugs aren't too difficult to come by, especially if you tend to keep old chargers like I do. Unfortunately, that brings us to the next problem with this so-called "standard." The minimal instructions included don't give any indication of exactly what the specifications of the charger need to be, other than to say "standard phone charger." Also, they don't include any description of what the device will do when charging - specifically, the fact that when it is charging there will be a red light on top. Since this wasn't described at all, I had no way of knowing that when there was NOT a red light, that meant the pump WASN'T charging at all. The first charger I tried seemed fine, right up until the pump stopped working. It turned out the pump was never actually charging. I then tried to use the charger that I always use with my current phone, and sure enough, a red light came on to indicate that it was charging now. This was the only way I was able to learn that a red light indicated charging. However, I very quickly learned something else about this pump: you can't actually use a modern "standard" phone charger. While the red light came on to indicate it was charging, this only lasted 10-20 seconds or so. After that, the light went off, and I smelled the distinctive smell of smoke. Turns out my "standard" phone charger had burned the electronics in this little pump out, and it was now completely inoperable. It turns out that this pump has a fairly specific narrow range of amperage that it is built for. While there are definitely chargers out there that work in this range, it's misleading to say that this is "standard." The first charger I was using was a 1 amp charger, which used to be very common. This, apparently, isn't enough to charge this thing at all. The second charger I tried was my normal charger - a high-speed charger that automatically negotiates with the phone to determine the correct amperage. This little pump isn't smart enough for that, so I can't be sure how many amps it got. It could have been the max, which is 3 amps. In any case, this killed it pretty quickly. I learned that you have to find a "standard" charger that provides at least 1.2 amps, but less than 2 amps. anything else will either not charge at all, or will burn the thing out. It would have been so much easier if they just provided a compatible charger in the first place.

Came exactly as images show, nice and compact if you don’t have space for a full water cooler system. We use it for our home as we live in an old building with very old pipes. We bought separately the caps for our water bottle as the device doesn’t simply fit on a water jug (we get the 18L). Fits nice and snug with it, no issues of it popping off or anything. There have been comments for either this model or other where they noticed it leaked. Ours did as well. However we noted that when I put the metal spout in I made sure it was crammed in very tight as I read those comments as well, almost like I was trying to get a snap or click out of it lol. So my husband decided to take it out and try gently placing it back in and voila no more leaks, has been over a week and hasn’t leaked once since the adjustment. Only thing I will note is it is a little noisy, so if you are in a smaller home or sound carriers, maybe make sure to have water in a jug in the fridge for late night water trips. Otherwise FULLY satisfied and happy with it, well worth the cost.
