The media could not be loaded. I have ordered it twice, the first time the bottle arrived broken. There was no product inside the bottle because they didn't pack it well. I ordered it once again and asked them to pack it well but I don't think so. They know how to pack well because once again the bottle arrived broken and the shampoo came out of the bottle again. The cap is broken and it is difficult to pump to get out the little bit of shampoo that is left in the bottle.The shampoo is an excellent product, it gives the hair a very nice shine, it helps the processed hair not to look damaged.

I swear this shampoo used to be better! It used to make my hair feel more textured and etc, not anymore-- meh.

VERY small amount.Questionable ingredients.Used more then half of bottle in 3 washes.He is utube person wants be ultra rich

I won these in drawing at work. They don’t work on my fine, thin hair, but it’s perfect for my daughter’s hair. I have reordered twice for her!

Had to quickly stop using this shampoo because it irritates my skin. The itching was driving me crazy. If you are prone to allergic reactions from chemicals in personal care products you might want to steer clear of this one. As a shampoo it was okay but my skin didn't like it.
