Doesn’t dry clothes properly

I got the product in Oct 2019 and see the condition of it as on Dec 2019 !!! The onset of this deteriorating condition started from the end of Nov 2019. It is an electric clothing rack for drying the clothes after complete washing and rinsing through washing machine. It is fold able,movable...but I preferred to be it in a fixed place and using it as it should be...but to my surprise, the rods started to come off from the edges as the edges are too fragile to hold the rods...and IDK if the weight or pressure of the clothes which are almost dry after treating with washing machine have any effect on this product ! Two times my MCP switch went down while I gave electric connection to this dryer.. ! I regret buying it .Hope, My review will help other buyers to think before purchasing and I request Amazon to intimate the seller about the product and any hope is there to fix the issue.... and black list the product immediately.Abhijit/9433285225

I thought clothes would dry faster The area that touches the rod dries quickly but for larger items u have to keep moving the clothes. The customer care is v courteous

Works fine when it is raining outside and you need to dry your clothes. However, if the height was a little bit more one could dry bigger clothes properly
