Perfect speakers for your pillow!
I love these speakers! I have tinnitus so getting to sleep can often be a challenge. However these speakers enabled me to develop my own unique solution. Using 2” inch diameter circular velcro tabs I velcro’d these speakers to my pillow. Then, using a 3.5 mm stereo extension cable, I connect them to my iPad and play music or white noise. This isolates the sound do that I can hear the sound loud and clear, but my wife doesn’t hear a thing and therefore isn’t bothered at all by the sound. Granted, I have to change them out every 18 months or so, but they’re cheap enough that I bought six pairs, so I’m good to go for many years.

Thin, comfortable and improves sleep
Very thin, mostly comfortable and really helps me fall asleep faster. The cord does wear out every few months but for $10 it is worth every penny in getting extra sleep. I slide them in between my ears and my full face mulberry eye mask that I purchased on Amazon also.

Great for a variety of uses.
These sound great and can be installed in lots of things where slim speaker is needed. I use them in a sleep band and they work great. No pressure on my ears. The only slight negative I would give them is the connection into the USB C connector breaks after some time. I doubt you'd see the issue in normal use. I'm using them in an unusual configuration (sleeping) I suppose. But....a small piece of heat shrink or epoxy dip at the connection point might solve this easily.

Thin, Soft Speakers for Sleep with Some Issues
Purchased as a replacement for the original speakers in my sleep headband, the Sleep Ultra Thin Pillow Speakers from MMUS are thinner and more comfortable than those original speakers. The cords have an attractive black and white wrap and arrived with many bends, due to being folded up to fit in a small plastic case. These bends slowly went away, though the actual cord soon began to come through on both the right and left speaker portions. While the foam is larger in diameter than the openings on my headband, the cushion is larger than the actual speaker and flexible enough to make them fit through. Having the blue and black sides made it easier to ensure that the speaker side would end up facing my ears. I am pleased with the sound quality and compatibility with my Kindle Fire, which I use to listen to audiobooks or music to help mask my tinnitus and help me fall asleep. I’ve used them in my sleep headband and, in warmer weather, tucked between the top of my pillow and my pillowcase. When using them without the headband I do find that I wish the volume of the speakers was not lower than my kindle. Seven months of nightly use now and suddenly one of the speakers is no longer working. I’ve also just discovered that the speakers are slightly magnetic, which I find curious. With the reasonable price point, and considering that they may be getting rougher treatment than I am aware of in my sleep, I am thinking about ordering second pair soon.

WASTE OF MONEY (updated August 2022)
Updated review So I've already complained about how quickly these things stop working in previous reviews. I gave it one last shot. This time I also purchased Spiral Cable Protectors and SUGRU Flexible Adhesive Putty to protect these stupid Sleep Headphones. I put the Spiral Cable Protector on and then encased the whole thing in Sugru. Guess what? 2 months later one of the ears isn't working. Just like last time and the time before. This product is too flimsy to be on the market! It is a waste of money. ------- Previous Review Below: If you toss and turn even slightly, don't expect them to last more than a few weeks. I finally got around to repairing them myself and once again within 3 weeks a problem developed in another section of the wire. I fixed that problem and within a month there was another broken part of the wire. I can also confirm that SEVERAL replacement earphones that can fit inside of this product are also trash. Between the time I bought my first instance of this product and now I've purchased 2 of this exact product and 5 different replace earphones from different vendors. ALL ARE TRASH. They all develop a break in the product within a few weeks. I advised a friend to buy this exact product AND a wire protector AND to encase the entire wire within SUGRU and guess what? It still stopped working after a few weeks. The world desperately needs decent sleep phones at a reasonable price but this one ain't it.

So far-so good. Thin and comfortable to sleep with.
So far these are quite good. Most pillow speakers are much thicker and hurt your ear laying on them but these are extremely thin and comfortable. Only time will tell if they hold up well and do not break. These are also used as replacements for hats and helmets with speakers.

Great concept. Poor quality.
If only they would last more than a couple months. Low profile enough that I can put them under my pillow and hear the sound fine (I have a very thin pillow). Not sure why they don’t last, but after a few weeks, one stopped working and the other had terrible sound quality. Great idea, just don’t last.

Great for listening to audiobooks at night without disturbing partner. I put them inside my pillow and they are so thin you cant feel them. Much better than sweaty headphones headbands which poke into your ear when you lie on your side! Drawbacks- they dont connect wirelessly need a usbc connection to my phone and its diff to keep them in position inside the pillow slip- I use sellotape or safety pins They are quite delicate - I'm.currently on 4th set in 3 years having accidentally pulled at wires but nothing else on market comes close for slimness.

Excellent product. These speakers are low tech but they’re perfect for helping me to fall asleep by listening to audiobooks, podcasts, nature sounds or white noise. They come well packaged in a nifty plastic case.

The sound of the headphones is lower 10 ~ 15% comparing to the common headphones

It was a pleasant surprise to receive the speakers in two weeks instead of the anticipated six weeks plus! They were well packaged and the sound quality is perfect to replace the previous speakers in my sleep headphone.
