I have rarely used these egg beater/mixers, but I recently bought a cheesecake mix, and I needed one. I have another one at my other residence, and it seems like it is bigger than this one if I remember correctly. This one came nicely packaged with just the mixer, blades, and user manual. Easy to pop out of the box and start using. It also comes with a plastic storage container that snaps onto the bottom of the mixer -- a really nice design. The blades and power cord fit down into the container and makes easy storage. I emptied the cheesecake mix in a bowl and poured in the half and half milk. I didn't do any little bit at a time stuff, just poured the milk over the mix powder. I was wondering if this would work, but the mixer just plowed into it easily. The instructions on the box said to mix on slow speed for 30 seconds and then mix on half speed for 3 minutes. The first 30 seconds went nicely, pretty much mixing it all. Then, on half speed I mixed for another 3 minutes. The mixer handled well and did not overheat or anything. After 3 minutes the batter was pretty thick and smooth with no lumps at all. This mix package was an instant and didn't need any cooking. I just put it into the graham cracker pie crust and put it in the fridge until the next morning. It was great. This little mixer is great for the price.

Used right after delivery & already love it! It is smaller and compact but it is a workhorse. Easy to clean, easy to use, fits comfortably in my hand. Love the shape of the beaters that get down into the bottom corners of my bowls. It's not very noisy for being a powerful little mixer that can. 💯

Works exactly as you'd expect, however something to note is that the little measured bowl that it comes with can't actually be used for mixing. The settings go from 0-100, meaning there's really now "low" mix setting, which can be a little bit frustrating sometimes. Overall it's a decent mixer for the price and it's great for shredding cooked chicken.

This is smaller than the one I previously owned which I actually love because it takes less storage space. It’s tiny but mighty and although it may take a little longer to mix everything, it does so fully!
