If running from a tap you will need to lower the pressure of the machine. Best way is to attach everything and pull the trigger on your gun (with any attachment such as surface cleaner attached) whilst doing this adjust the pressure until you feel the inlet hose start to reduce. Once you do that is the max pressure you can use without starving the pump. Best solution is to make a buffer tank (see attached video). Fill the tank first before using to reduce the chance of running dry and keep checking the level regularly **Q: Can you draw water from a river or pond** A: No not as far as I am aware only from a tap that runs at c15 ltr per minute **Q: What is the jets are they quarter inch** A: I’ll try and help but I only took delivery of it a week or so ago but coincidently I am going to crank her up to-morrow. The connectors are 3/8th but you can get adaptors, the big problem is the β€˜garden water hose which are 1/4 inch but i have found an adapter and will try it to-morrow and hope it holds, other than that I haven’t found any other problems and all the equipment they send you is 3/8th ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ powerfull machine *by A***R on 23 June 2023* starts first time everytime up to now used 4 times i dont run it on full power i dont think a tap can keep upthe hose is very heavy be warned ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Good *by C***L on 24 July 2021* Good cleans well and fast. However the quality of the hose is really poor, I think it's too heavy so it drags and it started falling apart in a couple of places first use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible power but consider flow rate *by M***B on 13 April 2023* This is outstanding especially when used with a quality surface cleaner. You will likely need a buffer tank though as the flow rate needed is high.
