Definitely recommend. Makes you sweat more under a shirt or sweater when running. It doesn’t do anything if you just wear it and expect to sweat. The velcro is great quality and will hold up 100% staying wrapped. You can just place it in the washer and let it air dry outside.

I really enjoy wearing this sauna ab belt/waist trimmer during my workouts for support and to increase sweat. It is a great fit and the material is comfortable. Unfortunately the stitching connecting Velcro secure strap has torn. I have bought this belt or myself, my wife, and my father. I have seen other accounts where it can be replaced under a life time warranty, is this true?

well constructed, good material and good coverage of my abdomen

After about 4 months of regular use, the fabric where the "hook" part of velcro attaches started to fray, and now only a small section holds in place. Rather than using traditional "hook" and "loop" velcro, they only use the "hook" portion and have that stick to fabric. Trimming the fabric didn't help, so I'm probably going to sew "loop" sections of velcro to the velt. The rest of the belt is nice. I like the neoprene side's fit and feel against my body, and the topside of the belt feels nice. It does provide good support and definitely heats up your torso and gets a really good sweat going. If the velcro stuck, it'd be an amazing belt

This is maybe thee best waist trimmer in the market because it's nice and wide for great back support, comfortable enough to wear for hours, and most importantly, it stays together when fastened to your liking. This is my second one and I love both, it's a keeper. Very strong velcro that has never opened up on me while under heavy lifting, and I do a lot of heavy lifting all day. Try it and you won't go wrong.

I wanted it for the GYM so that I will sweat more where I need it - and I do! Sadly I got it way too big - I got the largest one since I was not sure about the conversion from Inches into Centimetres and I think I might have plaid it too safe. Buying it too big makes it hart to tighten it - at the same time I can angle it in such a way that it covers more of my belly - so maybe not too bad after all - just worried that when I lose weight it will be even bigger and harder to put on. Let's see how it goes. OTHERWISE --- does exactly what I wanted - my clothes are soaked after my workout.
