This is a really lovely hammy piggy bank. The quality is amazing and is perfectly in proportion to the Hammy in the movie in comparison to other full size toy story toys. The plastic is thick and sturdy. The outer shell isnt too thick as to effect the amount of space inside. You could fit a fair amount of notes and coins inside. I do have quite some trouble opening the base and removing it's head, both are incredibly stiff. Maybe this will ease over time but I have found if you insert the top of the head first then press in the chin it seems to work better and vice versa if you pull the chin side out first. Highly recommended, very reasonably priced for movie memorabilia and the quality you receive.
