Stainless steel isn’t always completely impervious to corrosion, especially under the hot water and strong surfactants in a dishwasher. **Q: absolutely useless videos- i want to see how they cut the poultry- where is that ?** A: These are fine for cutting ribs, wishbones etc. but I use it in conjunction with a good kitchen knife to cut up chickens. You'll be disappointed with the shears if you expect it to cut chicken skin.
