Review after 1.5-2m usage. Worst product
Writing Review after using for 2 months. Model portion became thin after using for 2-3 months that too with minimal use. I had ordered this in Mar 2025 for my in-laws but they don’t use much because it was too heavy. When I came to their home in Nov 2025, I stated using it and writing review after using it for 20days. Middle portion of roti/dosa roasts faster (& burns soon) and sides remain uncooked. The one I bought from a local utensils shop (for ₹850) is far far far better than this branded tawa. I had been using it in my home from past 6yrs and it is still hard and sturdy. But this one is of low quality. Not happy even after paying ₹1500

Working well
We’ve used it for rotis, fish fry, to grill veggies. It’s performed rather well. Do dry it on the stove and oil it before you store it away

Best bet for making perfect dosai
So I recently purchased this cast iron tawa from Indus Valley, and I couldn't be happier! The quality is outstanding—heavy, durable, and perfectly seasoned right out of the box. It heats evenly, holds temperature well, and gives food that perfect sear. I've used it for Dosas that comes out amazing. Cleanup is simple with just a little warm water and oiling afterward. This tawa has quickly become my go-to for cooking. Highly recommended!

Bad product
Very bad product. It broke from the side when I put it on the flame. Disgusting.i have never seen any iron tawa breaking on flame.
