Nutricost HMB Powder (Beta-Hydroxy Beta-Methylbutyrate) 250 Grams - Gluten Free & Non-GMO

I ordered this Nutricost HMB unflavored powder to add to my protein powder. I can't taste it over my chocolate protein powder. No stomach issues. I hope it's working to preserve muscle tissue and speed up repair. I can't really tell yet. Good price for what you get. Looks like a fine white powder.

This HMB powder has been a great addition to my fitness routine. It mixes well, has no weird taste, and I like that it’s gluten-free and non-GMO. I’ve noticed better recovery after workouts, and the amount you get in the container lasts a while. Great value and quality!

I use it for working out and I used to take it in the 1990's. its a great value for the money and its effective in helping you lift weights in the gym.

UPDATE: JUST MIXED WITH COLD WATER, DISSOLVED COMPLETELY, NO TASTE/NO AFTER TASTE! 5 stars. Has a taste, almost like burnt coffee. Dissolves well in warm/hot liquids, but not so much in cold water. It's only been a week, so not sure of the effectiveness. No stomach issues. Probably won't buy HMB again, unless I start seeing positive changes.

This HMB is good quality had a good price

I would normally give this item a 4 or 5 star rating. But who on earth designed the container and the measuring scoop? The container is 6 inches high, and the measuring scoop provided has a handle that is only 2 inches long. See the photo. It's extremely hard to use such a small measuring scoop within such a large container unless you have a child sized hands.

This stuff is amazing. I originally bought it because I had read in a study that it helps with recovery. So mind you, I am taking it for just this and nothing more but WOW, this thing has made me much stronger and much more explosive and my muscle mass has increased substantially. If you are athlete or/and you workout consistently. You need to be taking this . I take it with creatine, taurine & electrolytes. This stuff works. Although it’s amazing, the taste and smell are somewhat chemically and disgusting but I’m not drinking this for the taste . Another issue, it doesn’t really dissolve that well so you have to either put it in a shaker cup and shake the living freak out of it. It doesn’t really cause stomach upsets and I usually take it on empty stomach . The texture of this is very fine, more fiber than creatine.
