Perfect replacement for my 05 Bayliner ignition
The ignition switch on our 05 Bayliner started working intermittently, finally failing while we were on the water forcing me to jump the starter solenoid. I would have replaced it sooner, but I wasn't 100% certain if it was the switch or solenoid because each time I attempted to diagnose it, the boat would start normally. This switch is the perfect replacement for the original one and was simple to install. Remove the old switch, swap the wiring, and reinstall the new one. Literally took 5 minutes and works great. Sure beats jumping the starter each time I want to start the boat.
