National Geographic Student World Atlas, 5th Edition

I gifted this book to a 9yr old. He loves it. Very educative.

My kids are in the 5th grade and every other week they have a map test. This book is a wonderful resource to use to help them study for the test. It has really nice pictures and it is very easy to read. This book has been a wonderful tool to help my kids successfully learn geographical areas. It is really nicely put together. I highly recommend.

It was just what I wanted. Gave lots of pretty up-to-date info.

Really good student resource but Glossary could use some work. My daughter finds herself thumbing through pages to find the right information since back of the book isn't detailed enough regarding page locations. Once the right page is found the resource is great.

In todays world it maps a lot more things than I thought about. I was mostly interested in the topography.

This book has sturdy pages and is very colorful. The maps and info are easy to understand. Makes a great gift.

A great alternative to a standard atlas. Includes much very useful information, and fun facts about different locations. At this price it’s really hard to beat. Looking forward to buying future editions, without having to spend too much each time. More closely resembles a high school geography textbook as opposed to a standard atlas, but still very helpful.

Great coverage of all geography related items with easy to read maps as well.

9 years of my son liked it very much, now he knows countries list, continetns , oceans, deserts, seas etc.
