I bought this because I read about MCT powder and watch the video from a doctor about it I'm about to run out of this I think I will buy another one to keep trying it I haven't really seen any difference but I think you have to use it for quite a while to see a difference but so far I have no problems with it It has no taste blends well in a smoothie so if this is what you're looking for it's a great price and so far I have nothing bad to say.

Helps to keep my hunger pangs in check. And has definitely helped to curb my cravings for sweets. I put a scoop in my morning coffee. Doesn't dissolve immediately, you have to stir quite a bit & for whatever reason disposable spoons retain some kind of residue on them that makes the plastic spoon feel rough even after washing it. So use regular silverware.

I just received my product so I’m using it for the first time today. After seeing reviews about it, not mixing very well in coffee, I used my immersion blender (typically used to create froth in coffee). It worked very well. I’ll update to 5 starts after using this powder for 30 days.

I've been using this product for quite awhile (several years) I love it, although it does take a bit of spoon work to get it mixed into my coffee I think it's worth it. Has a slight coconut taste to me but very mild. I use it for the health benefits and think it's a good value for the price.

I have been using this product for couple of years now. No bad taste just looks like milk in a glass.

Disappointed as I know this is a high quality brands. The powder doesn't dissolve completely, starts lumpy, and doesn't taste very good (should be tasteless). Won't buy again.

I really like this product! I can tell a difference when I use it and when I don’t in brain function and clarity, and I only use half a scoop because of the points in my WW diet. I have absolutely NO problem mixing it in my coffee using my frother from Amazon. I mix it in my coffee with protein powder, stevia, collagen, and fiber and it only takes a few seconds to mix with my frother. I do mix it in a glass measuring cup first and then pour it into my coffee cup because if you try to mix it in a coffee cup, it will splatter out.
