Guitar slide review
Guitar slide arrived on time and works as advertised and sounds great.

Really nice bar
I have two SX 8 string steels (C6 and E9), and a bit newish to steal, and find this much more comfortable than using a round slide. I've played guitar for decades, including a little slide and had 6 string lap steels, but for serious lap steel / pedal steel, this is the right kind of bar. Hefty and helps with sustain, but not overly heavy. Worth buying if you haven't used this kind of steel bar before. Took an hour or two to get used to the feel of it, but after that, I found it much more comfortable and it gives much better sustain.

I couldn't ask for this bar to be any better. I have one that costs almost 4 times as much and this one is nearly identical. I'm grateful to get it at such a good price.

Good lap steel slide

Great bar at an unbelievable price.
This bar has good weight and size. It fits my hand more comfortably than a stevens. It's a bit taller than a stevens and without straight edges. One edge is rounded the other is angled for pull offs. I recently purchased several costly bars. I was looking for one that was heavier than the 4.4 oz bar I was using. I seem to be on an endless quest to add greater volume to my playing and thought a heavier bar would help. I added this to my order because it was so inexpensive. The spec for the bar didn't include weight, however, it feels like it's in the 5.0-5.5 range. It is now my "go to" bar. These bars are so inexpensive you can buy extra for your case(s) or as a just-in-case bar that you keep in your car.

a great alternative todo traditional guitar slide
I don't have much experience with guitar slides, but I've always had the iron or glass cylinders, and either way they've never been comfortable for me. I love the sounds that are produced with the slide, especially when you add a bit of reverb, and using this slide with the guitar resting on my lap is super easy to use and produces an excellent sound.

Not good, flat 'top'-middle and round on the sides, appeared to be well used, lots of scratches, this is a used one, very disappointed 🤔 👎 Fast shipping as usual 👍
