Before i ordered i read the reviews and complaints about the sound. No bass, not loud enough... but i been a bose fan since a kid and know they are the best. When mine arrived and i put a song on, the quality blew me aways. Was really loud and great bass so some of the reviews were wrong for sure

I’m not happy with the refurbished set- when they get down to 60% the unit says “ must recharge “ and cuts off. I’ve been a long time user of this type of Bose headset and when not in use it stays in a charging case. Even then they never go beyond 90% buyer beware of refurbished ones! Capt Matt

They’re durable, user friendly and have great audio quality. Unfortunately my dog at my last pair but was so happy to find them again on Amazon. I’ve been using these headphones for over 10 yrs

This will be my 3rd pair in 10 years. Switched over to another brand last year to try and switch it up after my old pair went bad. Sound is great and love them. The only thing is the wire clip is missing but really not a big deal.

Great sound. Big Bose fan. But buy the protection plan. The buttons will fall out. I’ve gone thru like 5 of these. Or just fork out the extra cash and get the completely wireless. I finally did that and they have been awesome.

The earbuds are comfortable and worked perfectly. I appreciate that they are connected so if they fall off, they drape on my neck and I don’t lose them.

I bought these in Dec of 2024 and they have already stopped working. They first started with the left ear bud being at least 50% of the volume of the right (power button side) ear bud. Now they short out and shut down mid workout. What’s the point of paying hundreds of dollars for headphones when they only last 7 months and short out.

This is my second pair of these, the first lasted 4 years and unfortunately, I lost them. The quality is outstanding, enough to make me want a second pair. I've tried the coreless pieces on the market and nothing beats the quality of these.

Anteriormente durante 3 años usé el mismo modelo en color aqua y hasta el final se comenzó a deteriorar del cable (no era reacondicionado); sin embargo en esta compra a la semana 1 de uso se rompió el protector entre el cable y la bocina, a la semana 2 mientras hacía ejercicio se le cayó la tapa de la bocina (misma que ya no encontré cuando la busqué y dudo que por la falta de la pieza me quieran reembolsar). Me arriesgaré a hacer el proceso de devolución y tal vez comprar otro producto que no sea reacondicionado
