There is a manufacturing defect, and the seller does not accept a return or refund. The seller guarantees you for a short period not exceeding a month and does not accept a return. I have had the same type for 10 years or more and nothing like what happened to this product has happened to it. There is an air leakage vent, which is a manufacturing defect.

Visiblement ROHO à été racheté (groupe Permobil) et cela se ressent: en comparaison avec mon ancien coussin, la qualité des matériaux est en nette régression: beaucoup plus fins et beaucoup plus fragiles. Ce modèle n'est pas cher, mais le rapport qualité prix est tout juste acceptable, pour ne pas dire médiocre. Je verrais bien combien de temps ce coussin va tenir, mais probablement bien moins longtemps que son ancêtre…
