Hallmark Card Studio-- New Version

A good greeting card program. I have the Hallmark from 2013 & I loved it but I had used all the cards so I wanted a new program with new cards. I was pleased with the price. I was very glad to see that this works the same way as the old one so I am very happy. I can even make matching envelopes. I think it is very easy to use. I recommend this & hope you have as much fun as I do making custom greeting cards.

Did require an additional charge for online implementation. However, the product has performed as advertised. Thanks!

My program loaded and was enjoyable to use. The problem came when attended attempted to print and got the error message telling me that it could no longer run and gave a grey screen. I finally had to use my iPhone to take a photo of each of the pages of the card an print them on stationery paper and staple them together. It wasn’t what I had expected to do and it did not have a professional look to it.

For years I had used another greeting card software. In the beginning, it was so easy to use, and then every time I upgraded, it became more complicated. After the 3rd upgrade, I gave up!! Months later, when I started looking for a new program, I researched, read all the reviews, and finally decided on Hallmark Card Studio. Even after I ordered and received Hallmark, I was dreading installing it because I was sure it would be complicated. It is not! I could not be more pleased. Not until you get ready to print, do you have to choose size of card--I love this feature! The program is sooo easy to use and has lots of card designs to choose. Wish I had chosen Hallmark sooner!

I purchased this as my old version stopped working =( I liked my older version better. I felt I had more graphics to pick from and I found it easier to find pictures I liked. This product isn't bad and if you want a card making program Hallmark is a good one to get. It's not complicated and the cards and envelopes are customizable and cute. I have also made signs and address cards ( kinda like a business card but with a home address instead) I would just like to have an easier time finding graphics I liked and a better selection...here's an idea...don't remove the old graphics you had on previous versions but add more and enhance the newer product.

My old one I can’t use anymore at least you can use the new one you can set it up with or without a cd driver

The install disk would not load onto Windows 10 machine. Error message claimed a file had been "externally" modified and was no longer valid. Attempt to load the program using the "diskless install" feature failed with the error message that the installation code was not valid for this product. I tried it with every HALLMARK product listed in the product drop-down box and nothing would work. Contacted Hallmark help desk by phone and was told to email them a picture of the install disk, my Amazon invoice and my address and they would send me a direct load link I could use to load the product. I sent that information and received no response. I queried them a second time by email and received no response. I tried a third time, this time sending the picture of the disc and invoice and "diskless upload code" as images in the email this time instead of attached "jpg" files. Several days later I still have no response. It is Sept 26th and I have had this program since August and have not been able to use it. NEVER AGAIN will I buy a Hallmark product.

Yes excellent software

It's almost impossible to download this software directly from Hallmark due to country limits so it took buying this from the UK before I could get it! Looking forward to playing with it.

This won't install on my windows 11 computer. There is no customer support when I email them. Amazon cancelled the pickup for my return
