The sleek upper is masterfully crafted from highly breathable synthetic microfiber leather while inside the shoe a perforated EVA insole and carbon fiber sole provide lightweight, but secure, comfort. There are even air vents in the outsole to keep your foot cooler and a bit of a heel for easier mobility off the bike. This shoe is compatible with all Look, SPD, SPD-R and SPD-SL pedals types.

Light, stiff, great price

Look no further for a carbon-soled road bike shoe. Great price, super light, stiff as it gets. The only caveat is that these babies are slippery! I put some contact vinyl stair tread stuff on the bottoms to give me some traction at stoplights and walking around.
