Nice, comfy, clean! Loved that it came with the cushion cover - makes it very hygienic. Easy to put padded cushion in the cover: just squeeze cushion tightly at top and middle (by "head of bat and batwings") and push through. Goes in very easily. Don't worry, squeezing it will not soften the padding afterwards. Would give it 5 stars if padding was even more firmer..but then cushion cover would need to be modified as would not be able to fit in as easily as in current design.

although the item is comfortable< I thought it would of been a bit bigger as the lumbar support is not wide enough and it sticks in my back rather than supporting it. I am not a large person, so I don't think it would suit anyone who is. cant remember if there was dimensions on the site, but if there was the it was my fault for not measuring

I like these very much, bought to add a new level of comfort when lounging in our caravan on a evening which they certainly do. They support your back that bit higher than caravan cushions and give e wrap round for extra warmth on a cool spring evening.

I am sorry, but the pillow did not give me the comfort I expected, that is not to say that someone else would not benefit from it. I am also disappointed that I have to pay the return cost as the item was clearly not fit for purpose.

I have had back trouble since 1999 and have purchased many pillows which were supposed to relieve pain whilst sitting . At last ! I think I have found what I have been searching for . Would recommend this pillow to anyone who sits in bed watching tv or reading even if they don't suffer with back pain .
