Love both of these tools, the standard file is great for a quick shaping and the curved file is great for getting perfect angles in one swipe/ same direction minimizing risk of damage to nailbed or splitting your nail tip.

Real glass nail file. This nail file is etched and does not have grit applied to the glass. Super fine grit and high quality. This takes off a lot of material and the rounded ones have a bit of a learning curve. Definitely for use on natural nails and not extensions or overlays. Works perfectly how it is intended!

These nail files are amazing! My nails are so smooth. My fingers and joints usually hurt while filing my nails (arthritis) but no pain from using either of these nail files. They file so easily. Where have these been all my life?!?

Comes in great colors. Works well. I’ve use acrylics most of my adult life and damaged my nails. This file is gentle and get the job done. Remember, it’s glass so if you drop it on a tile floor it breaks.

I really love the glass file, but the ergonomic file is very difficult to use because I can never figure out where the actual file part is. Most of it is smooth glass and finding the tiny spot that actually does the filing is so difficult that it’s not really worth it. The regular glass file though is amazing. I was always tearing up my skin around my nails, but the glass file works really well without tearing up my skin. It’s nice that you can scrub it with soap and warm water and then keep using it. Other files go dull pretty quickly and you have to get a new one, but I can use this one over and over again. It does seem to go dull often during use, but I just blow on it to loosen the debris and it’s good to go again until it’s time to wash it

These have the regular glass file surfaces but they have an amazing crease built into the edge that make it really easy to put your fingernail into which makes filling much easier for me.

Simply AMAZING! I’ve always had problems properly filing my nails but this Moon Nail File makes it a breeze making my nails look and feel exquisite. If you’ve never tried this do it know. . .you will never regret this! I’ve already purchased another three more especially at this price before they’re gone or when the price goes up! Don’t wait really you’ll love this!

Three stars because it shaped my nails well. They don't feel thin where I've been filing them. I really like the shaped file. I thought the flat part would have been a file but it was just the edge that files. The longer one the edges don't file. I thought this would be a different texture. I was looking for a specific glass file texture and this isn't it. This file feels like nails on a chalk board and was very overstimulating. I was looking for glass because I don't like the feeling or sound of a regular file and this was much worse, however it did remove all hangnails and my nails are all smooth still after I filled them this morning.

The Moon nail file is okay overall. It's a bit awkward to use and I'm left with the thinnest layer of the nail behind, which isn’t the result I’m looking for, of course. My issue is with the design of the file, not the quality of the glass itself. I've had a better experience with their classic nail files. I purchased several nail files of different sizes for my family and me a couple of years ago and I really love those, will buy more. Edit: After receiving excellent customer service from Bona Fide Beauty, I'm changing the rating (my original comment above is unedited) . I have already ordered more of their classic nail files and I will keep purchasing them in the future.

I bought this for the long nail file, but find that I use the curved one 99% of the time as it is just perfect. It has a groove in the inner curve of the file and you run that along your nail. Perfect.

Absolutely fabulous! These glass nail files do such a wonderful job shaping your nails. It is quick and there are no jagged edges like you end up with when using the standard type of emery board file. I give this my highest recommendation I absolutely love it and wish I had discovered it years ago.
