Use it as hair mask
My hair has been a lil rough mainly due to Chlorine water, After pool sessions I started using this neutralizer as hair mask, I do not see Frizz control but my hair is less breaking so has reparative effect and detangling effect.

Possibly works
Use on bleached hair. The hair felt soft, could be because it was conditioned. I didn’t feel any difference between this and regular conditioner and no extra shine or softness. I’m assuming it did what it was suppose to do with balancing PH levels. Not much of a scent. It’s a more liquid consistency vs a regular thicker conditioner. But you do get a lot of it which is nice.
