I bought those to run the Chicago Marathon as I had been running for some time and every time I run more than 6 miles my nipples would be bleeding , I was afraid that they would not stay in place as I actually sweat a lot, but they stayed in place and were easy to remove when finished.I do think that they are a bit small for someone that might have a nipple they might need to get the large size

These work great. Not only do they help prevent soreness, but they are barely noticeable and stay on really well. How well you might ask? Well, I forgot I was wearing them, took a shower, went to a class at the gym, took another shower and then slept with them on and they are still there. I only remembered they were on me when I saw this on my order history.

I have a slight issue with Gynecomastia maybe grade 1 or just slightly less. I usually wear an undershirt to cover pointy nipples coming through my t-shirts.Undershirts are such a pain especially in the warm seasons. So glad I found this product which has been a godsend for my issue. They are completely discreet and completely cover my nipples freeing me from my dependency on undershirts.Also, they have a very strong adhesive, I sometimes forget to take them off when I shower, but they stay on good despite a lot water getting on them so one pair can technically last for days.

I tried the body glide but it didn’t work. I now use these and have ran up to 10 miles with them. But, I recently ran 8 miles with them then forgot they were on, went about my entire day and showered and then discovered they were on. These will eliminate bleeding and pain caused by chafing.

Just ran a half marathon. I got these because I always start to chafe after 8 miles and it hurts for a few days. I put these on a couple hours before the race and forgot I had them on. They were still on when I got in the shower a few hours later. I am not the hairiest guy, but I did trim the hair where they were going on, and I think that probably helped the staying power.Update: NipGuards are a MUCH better product. They last longer and provide more protection. Read my review there.

Ordered these for a Half Marathon as me nips tend to get raw on long runs. Noticed that these are nothing more than 3M Transpore Surgical Tape cut into neat little circles but they work great. Put them on around 5am and completely forgot about them. Realized I still had them on around 3pm and left them until showering later at night. Had no issue or pain pulling these off and the size was spot on for me. Will be buying more of these for the humid summer weather to protect me nips.

This is my first Amazon review and I can say that this product 100% works.The first time I experienced the pain associated with chaffing was a horrendous experience, not only for me but my fellow runners.I was wearing a cotton tank top and got to roughly the 4 mile mark on my run that day. It was hot outside and I poured water on my head to cool myself down, the water got my tank top wet which then increased the friction. I was in so much pain in my chest area I took my tank top off and decided to run the remaining miles with my shirt off. I feel sorry for anyone that was running with me or saw me running as it was not a pretty site.Anyways, after I got home and showered which was also incredibly painful. I decided to google nipple chaffing and found these.I'm glad I did, these are awesome to run with and my training partners no longer have to endure me with my shirt off. I'm sure they would give these a 5 star review just for that reason.
