Description

Aroma Beads are small clear plastic poly beads that absorb up to 30% of their weight in fragrance oil. This fragrance can last up to six months, depending on the fragrance oil used, making it an easy alternative to candles. They can be placed in a glass vase, potpourri dish or other decorative container. Mix different colors for a nice design feature! If using for scented beads, common formulas recommend 1 lb of beads to 1 to 4 oz of fragrance oils, depending on the fragrance chosen. It is best to start small on the fragrance and add it gradually or it can become overbearing. To mix the fragrance and beads, place the beads and fragrance in a sealed glass container and shake. It may take anywhere from 24 hrs to 7 days for the oil to be completely absorbed. Shake every few hours for the full absorption of the fragrance. They can be left clear or liquid candle dye can be added with the fragrance if you wish for the beads to be colored! Our premium pellets soak up the fragrance oil 30% faster than our Economy Aroma Beads and have a more consistent size and shape. They also melt into molds very evenly and consistently.
