Pros- Price, it's cheaper than bsn mass gainer, flavor is almost as good as bsn. Mixes well with my Vitamix blender. Protein quality is also pretty good, but my fave is the carbohydrates.. definitely need that for HIT weight training sessions. Cons- Too many****** scoops for typical serving. But that's because of the carbs and extra fat. So that's a con to me for all Mass gainers.

This protein powder mixes well and tastes really good. It has been helping me hit my calorie and protein goals, and I feel like it’s supporting my muscle gains. Overall I am very happy with it and will keep using it.

Great taste. I’m glad I got the vanilla instead of fruity pebbles. It mixes OKAY with a whisk, or shaking in a bottle, but I’m the type of person that I don’t really care, I will drink crunchy coffee lol as long as it gets the job done, so the chunks don’t bother me because I chug it anyways. The only downside to this so far, is after some blood work last week at the doctor’s, this is the only thing I have added to my daily food routine and my cholesterol is higher than usual. So I guess, I need to eat more lentils before my next blood work, or just not drink this the day before I fast to go get bloodwork done, idk, I will update again in April

I would recommend this any day of the week. I’m in the middle of my bulk, I weighed myself at the beginning and I was 123. It’s been a month now and I’ve already hit 131. This protein doesn’t hurt my stomach (I usually have that issue with some powders) and it doesn’t bloat you. For the price, it’s worth it. It’s not chalky either!!! Definitely sticky though

I am naturally skinny. I bought this mass gainer and blend it with peanut butter. It dissolve pretty easily. This stuff works as I did gain some weight, however , if you look at the ingredient, there is some “heavy sugar and starches” so I would not recommend drinking this for an extended period of time. I also recommend you only drink this if you combine cardio and other exercise as this would counter the effect of sugars and not lead to diabetes. The taste is alright , it is kind of bland. It is drinkable since it is not awful. With that being said , I believe the product does work but it is not good for your and should not be use for a long time.

Also am Anfang habe ich mich gewundert das da soviel Pulver rein kommt.. Doch es hilft wirklich sehr gut vorallem wenn man zunehm will wie ich habe es regelmäßig genomm und innerhalb von einer woche 2 kilo zu genommen... Doch sind die 2700 kilo schnell weg deswegen werde ich mir die 5000 nehmen denk ich... Der Geschmack ist auch ziemlich gut .... Daumen hoch Klasse Produkt und Klasse Preis....

Ya había probado otros productos de esta marca y todos me han dado buenos resultados, el sabor es bueno y para mezclarlo no me a resultado difícil, el defecto que le veo es la cantidad de azúcar que contiene. la calidad-precio esta super bien me salio con descuento, así que me estoy contento con el producto.
