Do I need to have these specific trays or can I use a tray from a different company and just buy the refill gel

Bright White Smiles gel will work with trays from any vendor. They do not need to be specific. We do have some 44% teeth whitening kits that come with trays if you browse our store.

Could you use these pre-whitening gel tubes with led lamps

Yes, you can, but they are best used with trays as well. Studies on our gel used with LED lights and lamps show a light to increase results up to 40%. Bright White Smiles gel works well without a light as well. If you do not have any teeth whitening trays, we'd be glad to provide some, or you might consider using the lamp with a teeth whtiening pen. Many whitening studios and salons use this method with a cheek retractor to keep the mouth open for light exposure. Thank you for the question
