Functional
It is stable, functional and quite reasonable. It arrived with a bit of rust (I was able to remove), and the top tier has nothing that it rests on except the vertical adjustment cowl so it wobbles a tad.

Find a better one
I like this - but it’s so flimsy- and wobbles so much. My customers are often afraid to turn it to look at my products because it’s so wobbly.. I definitely wouldn’t purchase again. Not impressed.

It's not worth buying
It is not very sturdy. Each section is wobbly. Seems like pole is much smaller than the fitting.
