Yes you can adjust both the time and the sensor. The unit comes with two tools for that use. Turn the sensor up to 75 percent and adjust the timer from there.

how do you control humidity?

The humadity works automatic. The sensor will start on as soon as it sensos humadity.

The installer did not leave the humidity adjustment sensor tool, what else can I use?

It’s built in, the adjustment is inside the fan.
