Bosal 284-051 Exhaust Silencer

Was looking for a new exhaust to go on my 87 Toyota and for some reason, Advance Auto doesn't carry a somplete setup like this for my type of truck. They do sell them but only to specific models. I decided to search Amazon and sure enough, they had it at a great price so I decided to give it a shot. Received it in 2 days and put it on a few days later and it was perfect fit, everything matched up great and now I have a nice quiet exhaust.Make sure to go to Bosal's website to search for your model vehicle and see what you need. This doesn't come with the rubber hangers or gaskets so if you need them, make sure to get those also. I still had my hangers so I just reused them.

Worked perfectly on my 87 toyota pickup 4x4. A straight swap from the OEM. I did paint it with a flat black high heat spray paint to give it a little more life. My truck is a lot more quite since swapping out the last pipe that was rusted and had tons of holes. A great product.

Very disappointed that this product did not fit my 1986 toyota sr5 4wd without modifications. It was too short so the mechanic had to add a piece of pipe to it. Cost me more that the entire muffler, itself and to install it. Not too happy. This product was suppose to fit and it did not.

Great system, took off my old Exhaust Assembly which was a cobbled up mess. This sounds much quieter and fit my 86 Toyota pickup perfectly!

I don't know how long it will last but it bolted right in and quieted my exhaust.
