PUR Plus Faucet Mount Replacement Filter 4-Pack, Genuine PUR Water Filter for Sink Faucet, 3-in-1 Mineral Filtration, Lead Reducing, 1-Year Value, Blue (RF99994)

Installing the replacement into the faucet mount is straightforward and takes less than a minute without needing any special tools. The water quality improvement is noticeable right away. The taste is crisp and clean, with no leftover chlorine odor or chemical aftertaste. Knowing it features the mineral core technology gives a nice reassurance that it’s filtering out impurities while leaving the water tasting fresh rather than flat. Water flow rate is solid as well. While it naturally slows down the tap speed a bit compared to unfiltered water as expected with a proper filter it still fills up glasses, coffee reservoirs, and cooking pots at a reasonable pace. The build quality matches the original unit perfectly, fitting snugly without any leaks or drips around the housing seals. Under normal daily use for drinking and cooking, each filter holds up well over its expected lifespan before needing a swap. Overall, this is a reliable, high performing replacement filter that makes daily tap water taste much better. It’s an essential staple for my kitchen and well worth keeping on hand.

Good cuality and price

Our is best and works

Genuine PUR filters that fit the faucet mount as they should, and buying six at once means not running out mid-month. The mineral core makes the water taste noticeably better than the basic filter. Cheaper per filter than the single packs.

PROS: + New design with improved filtration; now certified to remove PFAS and Microplastics. + They fit perfectly; you just have to apply a little more pressure to get the filter to go in, but it's no big deal. + NSF/ANSI 42, 53 & 401 certified by IAPMO (check out my picture). + They definitely work. Where I live, there are days when the water comes out a little dirty—you can actually see it—but at the kitchen faucet where I have this filter, the water is always crystal clear. + An affordable solution for obtaining better quality water. CONS: - The water flow is definitely lower than in the previous design, the first filter lasted about 2 weeks—, and as everyone else mentions in their reviews, the filter clogs up quickly. - To solve the problem of filters clogging quickly, you'll need a pre-Filter to trap sediment. In my case, I bought and installed an Under Sink filter; the Frizzlife DW10 (which has 2 stages, but there is another cheaper model too—which uses only one 10-micron filter stage, and might also do the job), and it works wonderfully. The PUR filter now has the same water flow as when it was first installed, even though it’s been over a month since I installed it.

Good quality

This new filter makes the water flow to a tickle... its supposed to work on PFAS... A slower pour is worth it.

Super smooth and clean tasting water

I’m just on my first one in this order, but I have used these filters for years! Each one is good for 3 months, and then you just replace! I have a Pur water filter system on my tap, and when you replace a filter, or use it for the first time, there is a light that comes on, it depends on how much filtered water you use, but for at least 2 1/2 months, the light stays green, and then it turns yellow, warning that it is getting close to needing to change, and the yellow light turns to red, after a couple of weeks, and that is when you replace the filer! Easy peasy! There is a a thing on the system that you flip when you just want to do dishes etc., and then it is just regular tap water, but be careful not to run HOT water through the filter! I love my Pur water filtration system!

Good replacement filter and very easy to change. Delivery took quite a long time, which was a bit annoying, but the filter itself does the job. The water finally tastes drinkable, in London the tap water can be quite unpleasant. One filter lasts us around 2–3 months for two people. Overall, happy with it.

Prima Preis, Qualität stimmt auch

We like the Pur filter system as it get out more pollutants from the water. The water tastes great and that is important as I drink a lot of it.

Ich bin bestens zufrieden und dankbar das es solche Filter gibt. Dankeschön.
