I bought this for my husband for Christmas so he would be safe on the road and not having to try and answer his phone while driving.

I purchased 5 of these for Christmas gifts for 3 of my adult children and 2 grand kids. They actually use them, say they work really good. Sound quality is good. Have not had any issues. They are great for the money.

This is the second Bluetooth hands-free device I've bought within the last month, and the second one that I'm returning. I wish I had kept my old Motorola TX500. I couldn't call out on it any more, but at least I could answer calls on it! This one worked exactly once, in the house, with the phone right next to it. In the car, not only could I not call out through using the Siri function on my iPhone, but when I got a call while driving, the SOAIY S-31 would not answer it. It is properly paired with my iPhone, and it is fully charged, but some connection is not working. In fact, when I tried to call my husband's number, the SOAIY first said, "Calling the last number dialed" and called my pharmacy. I cancelled that call and tried again. This time I got music! My iPhone started playing an album in my music library. I never did get Siri. Worthless! I wish I could give it zero stars!

Everything is great about this device but I wish it turns on automatically when you're in the car....

Product girls is job however I think it could be better I use this for my car and sometime you cannot hear or it can hear you to answer the phone

Love it, would buy it again so easy to use

Bought it for my husband after his car sound system got flooded and shorted out. Speaker was no lounder than his phone and burned out completely after 4 days.

It doesn't stay on the way I thought it would. I don't use it everyday, so whenever I want to use it I have to turn it off then back on
