I want to do a 5-minute warm up walk followed by 7 one-minute runs with 2 minute walks and a 5-minute cool down. Will it do that?

You could walk for 5 minutes and then turn on your gym boss set for two intervals= one minute and two minutes.....do your run / walk intervals then turn it off and walk your five minute cool down

Does anyone know how this model compares with the older model? Did they improve the quality/usability, or is it just aesthetically different?

After using old and new version here is my conclusion:The old version was good; loud, strong vibrations, easy to use and small. But it had its issues the battery cover would frequently fall off and the belt clip would break off too easily when it was in your gym bag or if you knocked it while exercising.Thankfully the new version seems to have addressed these problems. They have made it so the belt clip is removable so it won't break in your gym bag and having looked at the clip itself it seems more solid so it seems like this will be much more hard wearing. Been using the new model for about 2 months 6 days a week and no issues. Hope that helps

How long does the battery life last - will it go longer than 5 hours in one run?

Yes, the battery will last longer than 5 hours for one run. I used the Gymboss for my long runs on the weekend and completed a marathon and quite honestly I don't remember the last time I had to change the battery!

Can you set it so it only vibrates but does not make a sound?

Yes; when going through the set-up phase,get to the point where the "Bv" or "bv" (beep-vibrate) is flashing. Then simply push the top-left button until only the "v" shows.

Ein strenger objektiver Trainer

Ich bin richtig glücklich, dass ich das Teil gekauft habe. Die Sekunden werden objektiv gezählt. Wenn meine Muskeln nicht mehr konnten, habe ich früher immer schneller gezählt. Das Teil funktioniert gut, es ist ein wirklich strenger Trainer. Leicht einzustellen, leicht zu starten. Ich trainiere abends Zuhause eine Runde, da habe ich den leisen Piep eingestellt. Beleuchtung könnte noch dabei sein, wäre nett. Am Schluss gibt's mehrere unregelmäßige Pieps. Seltsam, aber egal. Ich habe noch einen zweiten für andere programmierte Zeiten bestellt, dann brauche ich nicht umstellen. Ich trainiere, derzeit, 40 sec Training, 20 sec Pause, 4 Wiederholungen. Mein derzeitiges Reha Programm nach Verletzung. Seit ich das Gerät habe, gehts aufwärts.

Migliore timer che ci sia per boxe, crossfit, corde, circuiti

Consiglio per che fa ore di allenamento in forma circuiti, serie ecc. Ho acquistato un Gymboss, questo modello oltre 10 anni fa. Dopo uso intenso, pioggia, sudore, cadute, ha avuto un infiltrazione di acqua. E non ha più funzionato come prima. Pace. Ho presso di nuovo lo stesso modello - in rosa questa volta. Senza dubbio il migliore timer che ci sia. Se hai necessità di un timer tosto, semplice per fare circuiti semplici tipo Boxe e.s. 12 round di 3 minuti con 1 minuto di riposso, questo fa per te. La pila AAA dura per anni. Letteralmente. Funzionalità suono e vibrazione e perfetto per una palestra rumorosa. Meglio di qualsiasi App telefono. Nessuna distrazione.
