Can I use it like hard wax? The sugaring technique?

No. Its just normal sugar wax which you have to apply and then use a strip to remove it.

Is this suitable for using on face?

I've used it on my eyebrows, not anywhere else on my face and it's fine

Is this product lab tested

I don’t know the answer. Best to find out from the manufacturer.

Can the whole tub be reheated for multiple uses??

It only was enough for a single use for me but I had to keep warming in microwave to keep liquid. So I think you could reheat tub for multiple uses. Hope this helps.
