This is a very painful textbook. It is boring and there are no bolder words to easily locate study terms

Where do I begin?The book arrived in great condition, we'll get that out of the way.But the book itself...has to be one of the worst textbooks I have ever been forced to read.The chapter subheadings are poorly organized.The chapters beat a dead horse over and over again with the same couple of concepts. Just feels like the authors tried to fill a quota of pages.The sentence structure is convoluted and difficult to understand.Just because it is a textbook for graduate use does not mean that it has to be unreadable.Fin.

Maybe it is because it has been years since I have read a text book, but no matter how many times I reread a chapter, I feel I can't seem to understand the content. The flow appears choppy, not all subjects they mention have an index, nor does it have a glossary.I found it difficult to find references to a subject or term within in the book.I hope to find other books to supplement to help me with this book.
