Hi does this fold flat to the wall and is the fold in or out of the bath as i have a door opens right next to the bath

You can fold in or out of the bath and it folds flat to the wall in mine

How does it fix to tiled walls?

You will have to drill through the tiles (very carefully) and screw into the wall behind them, using the correct type of wall plug for your type of wall. The holes are already drilled in the screens wall fixing plate. Hope that helps.
