One of the best brain boosters i ever had. Noticed a huge difference when not taking it...easier to think and plan complex job tasks in my head no pen and paper.

Yes, it works but not instantly. The results are very subtle and gradual. At about 3 months, I noticed that I felt more alert. I didn't need as much sleep to feel rested and I slept well. I was much less likely to fall asleep when I sat down or reclined while reading or watching TV. At about that time I started to feel my thinking clear a bit. It wasn't until about 6 months of regular use that I could say that absolutely, it has also improved my focus and clarity of thought. This is just what I needed. I am a customer for life.

Absolutely insane how quick this got me focused on stuff I usually struggle to stay attentive to. I am probably not gonna take this all that often, just when I need an extra push to stay on top of stuff, but it really got me tunnel vision and in a flow state almost immediately after taking. I have taken Life Extension supplements for 25-30 years. During those years I have come to understand that not all supplements with the same name, offered by different companies, are equal. There are many factors involved in producing quality supplements that actually do the job they are designed for. I take a variety of supplements from Life Extension. I appreciate all the research articles and information on their website and love their magazine. I added Cognitex to my regimen of supplements about two years ago and I notice my memory is better and my general function seems to be better. I'm in my early 70's.

The capsules are rather large but no bad taste. These really help my memory and brain fog!
