Kichler Structures 37" 3 Light Halogen Linear Chandelier with Satin Etched Glass in Brushed Nickel

Very stylish light fixture with a modern look that we both love! Installation (once assembled), took less than 5 minutes. Assembly took about 25 minutes. Some assembly tips. You have to string the wire cables and connect them. Not hard to do at all, but use caution and don't kink the cable as you take them out of their individual packaging, or the kink will be with you forever! Light came with extra screws (a big plus! Nothing worse than having a screw work its way out in transit and you are stymied in assembly for lack of the right screw!), but no extra cable. Before installing the cables, make sure the set screw on the do-hicky you install the cables into, is facing a direction that is easy for you to access. From the factory, mine were facing an awkward direction. Also, the cables are installed on one end, by the factory. Re-tighten that end as the factory didn't do a very good job. When threading the wire through the rod, thread it through one length at a time, with the male threaded end fitting facing the fixture with each piece of rod. This will really make it easier to thread the wire ... trust me. Thread the wire into one rod, install the road, repeat for each rod. Lastly, before installation, attach the ground wire to the ground screw, and leave as much extra ground as possible to connect to your house ground. I actually bought an installed two of these, one came with wire nuts, one without,so plan accordingly. Also don't touch the light bulbs with your bare hands! I wore cotton gloves. Good luck.

I love the lines on this style! Truly unique look. Soft amber lighting, yet bright. I wish it wasn't halogen bulbs because they use a lot of energy. I will be on the lookout for an adapter to LED in the future. Came packaged very well, double boxed, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, the works. Easy to install. Assembly took a little while but well worth the time spent for the look you get! If you are looking for a truly unique look, this fixture is the one for you!

We had this light fixture when we moved into our house. We loved the look of it. One of the lights stopped working so we purchased the exact same fixture again to replace it. It is less than 3 years later and the same thing has happened again. It is absurd to think the fixture would only last a few years.

This light is wonderful! It IS bright so we're adding a dimmer. Thanks to everyone who gave me feedback (on the one with four lamps - I decided three was enough). Also it hangs beautifully from my 8' ceilings over my island. I was afraid it would be too long and my 6'3 husband would have to bend down to see past it. It comes with about 4 different rods so you can hang from different ceiling heights. Wonderful lamp, highly recommend!

This took about 3.5 hours to install over an island. I used the two shortest down tubes (6"?) to get extra height. It puts out a nice bright light. One of the globes had a short crack in it that expanded after a few days; similar to a windshield type crack. Likely due to the heat of the halogen bulbs. I called the supplier and they had a free replacement globe sent out within a week. My wife liked this so much we picked up a second Kichler ceiling light.

Looks great hanging over the island in the kitchen. Very nice quality - arrived well packaged. It is a two person job to get it installed as it is a bit awkward to position and hold (our ceiling ht is just 8 ft). It also helps to have two people to string and tighten the side suspension wires. Everyone who has seen it is impressed.

nice contemporary finishing touch to my new kitchen! well made product at a reasonable price. Wish the light bulbs were LED. We installed the lights over an island about 4 feet above. The light bulbs generates quite a bit of heat so it gets pretty hot dining right below the lights. Super super bright though. We also installed recessed lights but could've been okay just lsland lighting alone.

Just installed this light fixture over my pool table- what a great addition! Very, very bright, excellent to go over a pool table. If you are using this for a breakfast bar/etc I would suggest having a dimmer switch as it is very bright. But for my uses bright is best. Love the design and so far very good construction. Has only been up a few days but so far I am in love!

love love love this light.. we ended up buying two to look more balance, and this is an amazing amount of light!
