Great workout
Doing these stretches makes a huge difference. I feel better after stretching than I did after a workout with no stretching. I now stretch before and after my workout. 30 sec. is my goal but a min of 15 sec. This is a game changer for sure.

Great print quality but a little difficult to keep flat
Bought it for the office and the guys might make fun of it (we work in a construction office... I'm sure you can imagine the jokes)... but it was exactly what I ordered and the print is clear and easy to read. I was suprised that the lamination was very high quality for the price point! The only complaint that I have is that it arrived rolled up in a tube. It wasn't an issue at first but I've had this for a couple months now and its still curling on the ends. It makes it difficult to keep it hanging on the wall. Other than that, exactly what I expected!

Great size for workout room wall
Excellent stretches and additional ones that I did not know about. The back of the poster had a bonus poster of yoga positions which I thought was great, thank you very much!

Stretching Exercise Poster
This poster is laminated and ready to hang, either in the vertical format or the horizontal format. Dual sides are printed. It provides an excellent variety of stretches with illustrations to follow. Great way to pick and choose which to use for your warm-up or cool-down.

Two Sided, Laminated & Easy To Follow
The poster was laminated, provided easy to follow examples of stretching/warmup exercises and also illustrated which muscles each exercise targets. Best of all, it includes the same information on both sides and allows you to display it horizontally or vertically on your wall.

Don't know why or understand why would you have two different prints on both sides dont make sense but ok
