great value, great time release so no flushing
Niacin is a great product for folks who have high cholesterol. Niacin can lower cholesterol a bit depending on how much you take. The cheap varieties though are hard to take because of the skin flushing that occurs. The time release products generally work, I know this one does. Plus, I take it before bed and it helps me get to sleep. So there's two benefits, lower cholesterol and better sleep!
